An 'Old School' (as Buddy the Cake Boss would say) buttercream wedding cake for my next door neighbors. A copy of their top tier from 30 years ago and a surprise from their daughters. I suck at buttercream roses so I did those in fondant--by hand--no cutters. I definitely need to practice my piping skills! Four layer 7" French Vanilla round with alternating layers of Bavarian Cream and Raspberry filling. TFL!
