Little Mermaid cake for Olivia's 4th Birthday. Inside the cake was vanilla "Rainbow". Something the younger "kids" just LOVE. When you cut into the cake, they get a nice surprise - tons of color. The Little Mermaid and flounder were plastic toys, but Sebastian was made out of fondant/gumpaste!
