So many tangled cakes out there.... but my customer wanted one made entirely out of cake as she had a lot of people to feed (didn't ant a tall, skinny tower base, actually wanted a 2 tier cake with top tier as the "base).

So sad when the tower top fell off on arrival, but they were so lovely and grateful that they really didn't mind! (phew!)
