Baked 2 dozen yellow cupcakes (without liners) and one dozen chocolate cupcakes. Cut all cupcakes in half, stick one half chocolate in between 2 yellow pieces. Green (lettuce), yellow (mustard) and red (ketchup) frosting is used in between.
