DECORATED WITH FRESH WHIPPED CREAM, CREAM PUFFS FILLED WITH BAVARIAN CREAM AND FRESH STRAWBERRIES. BY THE WAY ST. HONARE IS THE PATRON SAINT OF PASTRY CHEFS. THIS CAKE IS VERY TIME CONSUMING....BUT IT WAS WORTH EVERY BITE
