Two layers of moist, decadently dark chocolate mud cake made with Ghiradhelli chocolate, Irish butter and bourbon. No cocoa powder or margarine is utilised here. It's layered with chocolate mousse made from scratch using Lindt chocolate. The entire cake is double coated with Ganache made from Lindt Chocolate and French Cream. Top garnished with glazed Strawberries, fresh blueberries and Whipped Cream Topping. This cake also features hand crafted dark Belgium garniture pieces which were individually embellished with edible green luster dust which works really well with dark chocolate. Thanks for looking.
