I made this huge 120 portions cake for a group who climbed the mount Kilimanjaro (Kilimandjaro in french). They wanted to have the route they used to climb the mountain on the cake, so I made it in red dotted line with signs of each camp they have been. I also try to respect the real shape of the mountain and think it worked pretty well. The message on top of the mount cake is similar to the message found at the top of Kilimanjaro.The cake is half part vanilla and half part chocolate with chocolate ganache filling, all covered with fondant. All edible!
