This is a copy of my daughters American Girl Doll- Emma. This doll is edible..Emma is not:-)

The Emma doppelganger is made from RKT, modeling chocolate, and fondant.

The bed head and foot board are also RKT and fondant. The cake is chocolate whoopee pie with red velvet spoon cake(think really firm custard).

The mess is also a duplicate of my daughters decorating skills in her own room. The photos are edible images on wafer paper. The drawings are copies of my daughters works...the tissues are also dups of my daughters decorating style. When she saw this on the cake- she went and cleaned her room. Too bad this cake took forever to make- it would be hard to make this reminder every week for her to keep her room clean!!!
