This was one of 5 cakes I made but this one I ate for my birthday. I made a ginger cake with Grande Marnier syrup and a gingered ganache filling, covered it in a gingered Grande Marnier Ganache mixed with buttercream and then glazed it with a clarified buttered ganache. It was SO delicious and mine, all mine!
