A chocolate cake with chocolate ganache covered with fondant for a huge ski fan couple! It was for the 13th wedding anniversary, so I made a top hat, a bridal veil and a bride's roses bouquet. All edible except for the wood sticks that hold the alpine ski-run name. The skis and all details are hand painted on fondant. I used spaghetti pasta for the ski-sticks that I painted with food color, it works very well!
