Made these for New Years after getting the idea from "What's New Cupcake". The cookie is made from soft caramel rolled out and cut into a circle shape, then folded over and moulded into a fortune cookie shape. I used inspirational quotes from movies as the fortune and the guests had to guess which movie their "fortune" was from. Citrus cupcake filled with some homemade mango sorbet and topped with whipped cream and glitter - made for a lovely cool dessert!
