Made this cake for my family for Christmas Day. Eight inch chocolate cake, torted and filled with peppermint flavored Bettercreme with Andes' candy pieces, covered with chocolate ganache and then fondant. Pinecones are chocolate (Jennifer Dontz's Pinecone Mold - Sugar Delites)) and edible. My little granddaughter Ashley ate three of the four and thought they were the best! Used wide rope border and snowflake cutters (also from Jen). Snowflakes are highlighted with pearl dust and border is sprinkled with Wilton's Sparkling White Sugar. Pine branch pieces and ribbon are real.
