Snickerdoodle Cake with Cinnamon Butter Cream Icing and RI flowers. I had been dying to try the reverse shell on a cake since class as I alway seemed to mess it up when actually doing it on a cake... this time was no different. I didn't 'reverse' in a couple of spots. (I won't tell you where!) :) Anyway, this is a cake for a Women's Shelter our church provides a community meal to twice a year. I get practice, and they get cake! Enjoy the photo and I'll keep working on my reverse shell! Thanks!

I do that ALL the time! I think it's the hardest border, but I've seen some that look awesome when they get it right.

the cake looks great, trust me unless you have taken cake deco 101 you would never know you had any boo boos. But it looks really nice. good job
