These are mermaid theme cupcakes made for a little girl. The cupcakes are made of alterated Bettu Crocker cake mix. Filled with buttercream strawberry filling. The little mermaids with made with fondant. The blue and white frosting resembles waves and water. I used the goldfish crackers to use for fish. Lots of fun.
