Not your "normal" wedding cake, but the bride and groom are HUGE fans of the game Zelda? and loved the castle Hyrule Castle. So I was given a picture, and asked to make their wedding cake! The cake board alone was 1 metre long x 1/2 metre wide! Complete with isomalt sugar moat. Fondant bride and groom! (and for all you cake decorators you will understand my anxiety, when the cake had to be carried up an escalator to the venue!)
