This was my brother-in-law and sister-in-law's wedding cake. She saw something similar in Martha Stewart magazine and fell in love with it. That cake was made with pans that were different than any pans i had seen, so i looked for them on line and found them. I had a hard time with this shape, very difficult to cover with fondant. She wanted fresh flowers on top which she bought, but by the time she got them to me they were a little wilted. It would have looked better with silk flowers. This is not one of my best.
