I made a 2 layer cake and cut out the areas to make the golf hole in the design I wanted. I used a lollipop stick for the flag and a tictac for the golf ball on the green. Brown sugar was used for the "sand traps" and gel icing tinted blue for the "water". Green gum balls were used for the tee box and the cake around the water was left untouched to look like dirt. It's hard to tell in the picture, but there is a little bridge area to get to the green.
