Cake for my mom's birthday--- My mother's an acupuncturist who went to a school of Chinese Medicine, and much of her work revolves around dealing with opposing energies and "yin yang," so I figured--- what could be better than making a yin yang cake??

My first fondant cake, and my first topsy-turvy cake... I'm really pleased with how it turned out!
