I like to make cakes for all my friends birthdays but it gets expensive after a while and I find a lot of cake goes to waste when making big cakes that are not specifically for parties so I tend make 4-5 inch gift cakes. This is a 4 inch chocolate cake, white chocolate filling, white chocolate fondant and white chocolate rose with a sugarpaste gerbera daisy so my friend has a little memento.
