I was asked to make a cake for an Adult who just loved pelicans as they live near our lake and love to walk around and look at the Pelicans. The cake is a vanilla cake with vanilla butter cream and covered in fondant. The Pelicans, Board Walk and Rocks are also made from rolled fondant.
