This is my 3rd wedding cake made for a couple that ride and race their Tandem Bike. The top tier is fruit cake and the bottom is rich chocolate mud. The cake is covered in rolled fondant with fondant flowers. The replica of their Tandem is also made from fondant and was a real hit at the wedding as a lot of the guests are from their bike club,
