I made this cake for my daughter's 2nd birthday. It is all edibile, gluten free and vegan (dairy free and egg free) to accommodate her allergies. Bottom cake was lemon raspberry with lemon *butter*cream and covered in fondant. Top cake was Mexican chocolate with Kahlua ganache and covered in fondant. Building blocks were chocolate covered waffer cookies, sling shot was fruit by the foot, writing was non-dairy chocolate and the rest was fondant.
