My Daughter's 1St Bday Cake
I made this for my daughter because nothing in the store seemed special or spectacular enough for her! It is vanilla cake and icing with a hint of citrus in both. The icing in the layers is tinted pastel and looked adorable :) It took about 6 pounds of confectioners sugar! My little girl had fun digging in.
very good, I love the tall candles, where did you find them, if you don't mind me asking?
I found the tall candles at party city, they are sparklers...although they never sparked! I made the bow also from extra ribbon I had around the house. I could not find a topper special enough for her either! I am worried about what I have to come up with for her 2nd bday! LOL j/k!
