10 inch square cherry ripe mud cake, with dark chocolate ganache under clean white fondant, which was extended off cake and over board. The decoration was influenced by Okinawan Goji Ryu Karate, and shows a handmodelled Sensei Peter in his Zen garden, complete with bamboo and raked sand garden with pebbles.
