Halloween cake pops - mummies are lemon cake with lemon buttercream, pumpkins are pumpkin spice cake with cream cheese frosting, eyeballs are red velvet with cream cheese, and cats are chocolate cake with chocolate fudge ice cream topping as the binder. These were very time-consuming and frequently frustrating, but they turned out OK and everyone loved them!
