This cake didn't turn out as planned. Had a lot of problems, the early Oct snow left us without power on the day before my grandaughter's 16th b-day so I was fighting against nature to get it completed before it got dark not to mention my lack of water to clean up, good thing a have a large supplies of tools. The bottom layer was boston cream pie, the second layer was chocolcate with IBC and the top was an apple cake with FBC carmel frosting.
