Here is a cake I did for my god-daughter's 8th day. The bottom is 10" chocolate with chocolate ganache filling and cream cheese icing. The top is 6" scratch WASC with cream cheese icing. The bday girl said she wanted chocolate with cream cheese icing. When I asked her what colors she said red and pink, which is why I had a few red accents.
