Made for my niece's 2nd birthday. My first try at a barbie cake! It was definitely fun! I used the Wilton Doll pan, plus a 3 inch cake underneath to fit the full length barbie. Funfetti cake, buttercream frosting and filling. All decorations are fondant except the wire that wrapped her hands together and held her "bouquet". First time using my tappits too, love them!
