My first "Special Effects" cake! Made for my sister's birthday. I embedded a small glass bowl into the top of the cake (after covering the hole in the cake with fondant). I then filled it with boiling water and dry ice to get the smokey effect. It also sounded like the cauldron was bubbling! So much fun to make. Thanks to all the CCers for the wonderful cake idea!
