my first attempt at baking an entremet cake with joconde biscuit. layers of the entremet include joconde, choc ganache, orange cheesecake, orange chocolate mouse, banana swirl, choc. mouse topped off with more joconde biscuit. took me 3 tries to get the joconde correct! the choc. joconde was printed backwards on parchment, frozen, then applied the second layer of joconde and baked.
