This cake was made for someone who HATES turtles as payback on her birthday. :-) It is a white cake with Wilton's Decorator Icing. The turtle is made from RKT & Fondant. I used the Wilton Egg-shaped pan to form RKT the shell. Sand is crushed vanilla wafers & water is tinted piping gel. The best part of all is when someone removed the head and started chasing her around the restaurant. :-o
