This is a chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling. Buttercream icing. The sand is made from nilla wafers, the water is blue tinted icing swirled with white, the shells are white and milk chocolate swirled together and the flip flops are fondant. Most difficult part...writing on the "sand." The icing kept pulling away with the tip. Any suggestions?
