This cake was designed to match the Carter's Blue Elephant nursery bedding collection - white vanilla cake with strawberry swiss meringue buttercream filling covered in pale blue fondant. The elephants were a fondant/gum paste mixture and I used a brown Wilton food-coloring marker to make all the dotted circles surrounding the cake (mimics a design on the bedding).
