3- tier White almond, BC and fresh raspberry filling, iced in BC. I learned alot about fresh fruit filling and the battle of the bulge that day. On the way to the party, the raspberries decided to leak out of the back of the the tiers and no amount of BC was going to stop it.. Thank goodness it was at the back and the recipients are very good friends of mine and loved it anyway!!!
