Grandma Lu wanted a mermaid tattoo during her recent gall-bladder removal. The doctor would have none of it. So...I made a mermaid for her birthday. Quarter sheet cake chocolate cake iced with bc icing. Mermaid was sculpted with a mixture of fondant and gumpaste. Chocolate and white chocolate seashells accent the cake. Thanks for looking!
