Made this cake for my moms 85 year old bowling coach, he cried when he saw it. White cake with bavarian filling and buttercream frosting. Bowling balls and pins are RKT covered in fondant. Gutters, letters, ball returns, and stars are all fondant. Used brown color in the buttercream not completely mixed in for the wood look. Had a problem with the buttercream cracking on the bottom corner, any suggestions on preventing that? TFL!
