Never thought about putting hot pink frosting, blue zebra print, and Tweedy Bird together! But when this 12 year old's mother came to me with those instructions only, this is what I came up with. This is a double 10 inch cake with smoothed butter-cream icing, fondant zebra stripes, bow and Tweedy Bird.
