I made this cake for my boyfriend's brother's birthday, who loves Tony Stewart. This is a 6 inch round cookies and cream cake with cookies and cream filling covered in buttercream and MMF. I ran out of white fondant for the top of the logo (like really, who does that?!?!) so I just added some buttercream to it. It doesn't look as nices as I wanted, but it still tasted good. haha
