60Th on Cake Central

This turned into a bit of a disaster. it was based on alimonkeys lovely daisy and ganache cake but even after careful planning and advice from alimonkey I managed to mess it up. . First time buttercreaming and ganaching a cake and although the cream started out pale pink it dried an insipid salmon colour. I think I over boiled the cream for the ganache and let it cool too much as it went all lumpy and didn't flow as hoped.
