This three tier cake was a fun one to make. Bottom tier is chocolate with buttercream icing covered in pink fondant. Second tier is vanilla with buttercream covered in fondant. The top tier is carrot with buttercream (yes, buttercream, our customers seem to like carrot cake better with buttercream with fondant more than the typical cream cheese icing that goes with the carrot cake). The minnnie ears and bow are made out of gumpaste. The zebra print on the bow was hand drawn with edible marker.
