This was a cake for the 100th year celebration of Middle Tennessee State University that was served during their black tie gala. It was by far the largest cake I have ever made. 8 "16x16" layers and 8 "11 x 15" layers. The landscape was the cake. The building was rice krispies covered in brick stamped fondant panels. The front and side steps were made of balsa wood. Trees were airbrushed frosted flakes :)
