My first square cake! I was petrified to do the fondant for this one, but it turned out not to be as difficult as I was anticipating. I used saran wrap with a diamond cookie cutter to do the quilting - a trick I learned from a post somewhere on this site. It really kept the lines looking nice, rather than cutting through the fondant. It's a 2-layer (1 white / 1 chocolate) cake with white buttercream filling and frosting.
