Loved making this cake. Banana, pineapple, coconut and macadamia cake with a white chocolate & cherry mousse filling with Mango BC and MMF the fondant for the tree branches is chocolate, blossoms are gumpaste and the stamens and flower stems are floral wire. I didd use about 3 toothpicks to help secure the branch to the cake then put a blossom on the end of each one to disguise it. I also piped buttercream around each cake. any comments are appreciated.
