I made this cake for a Labor Day cookout. It is our signature Blackberry Jam cake, with cream cheese icing done in a basket weave pattern, and topped with fresh berries. It's supposed to look like a basket of berries. It wa a 12 inch cake so it weighed over 15 pounds.
