This is my 1st order for a princess castle cake & i'm very pleased with the result! The bottom tier is a 10" square & top tier an 8" round. I added cmc to sugarpaste, embossed with an fmm brick mat and then wrapped it around a bottle i had in my kitchen cupboard for the towers.
