I made this birthday cake for a little girl who requested a "scary vampire who bleeds" (in August no less lol). This is a strawberry cake with strawberry filling (blood) with lemon-white chocolate ganache on the top tier and strawberry/lemon buttercream on the bottom tier. All accents are a combo of gumpaste, fondant & edible glitter/piping gel. 100% edible minus 3 toothpicks & cake board. TFL!
