An 8" cake, ordered for a young girl who is celebrating turning 19 as well as being accepted into the New South Wales police force. I based the topper on the real police logo (see google) but decided to "pimp it up" with lots of hologram glitter (tiara, buckle, number and the rose leaves). I added the pink roses to make it look a little more feminine as she is a very girlie-girl. Flavour is chocolate fudge cake with chocolate fudge buttercream filling, coated in dark chocolate ganache and covered with Satin Ice fondant.
