My daughter's birthday cake. She likes to try something new and different for her birthday cakes and wants it more for flavor than the decorations, so this is her cake for this year. The icing is 7 minute cooked frosting made with lemon juice. The cake is a lemon cake with a filling made with cranberry and lemon juice. I colored the batter to give it the zebra stripes with yellow and pink, and left some the white color. Thanks for looking.
