Part cake and part foam core board. Split in half lengthwise 11x15 vanilla cake w/BC icing. Powdered snow - smooth a thin layer of royal icing on a cookie sheet, let it dry, then scrape up w/a spatula and grind up in food processor w/a bunch of pearl dust. A light dusting of this over BC looks just like fresh powdery snow. Lettering - GP painted w/gold luster dust. Train & snowflakes on sides - white chocolate w/gold luster or pearl dust. Train, trees & animals are plastic.
