My first wedding cake came out great, thanks to everyone's expertise on the CC forums! The bottom tier is chocolate w/ nutella ganache, and the top two tiers are red velvet w/ cream cheese filling. Frosted in buttercream and decorated with fresh flower arrangements and ribbon. Used SPS to stack and transport, but didn't poke the hole big enough so the second tier is slightly off-center (no one noticed except me!)
